Porsche unveils its latest small crossover model --- Macan GTS

Automaker Porsche has announced the newest model of its small crossover, the Macan GTS. The vehicle combines the best features of Porsche’s two earlier models -- the Macan S and the Macan Turbo.
Unveiling the Macan GTS, Porsche said that it will commence the sales of the vehicle in March 2016. The cost of the base model of the Macan GTS will be approximately $67,200.
According to the details shared by Porsche, the Macan GTS will be equipped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine, capable of delivering 360 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. It will feature all-wheel-drive powertrain, a new exhaust for an expected growl, and seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission. The top speed of the Macan GTS will be 159 mph.
The interior of the Macan GTS will be distinguished by leather/Alcantara inserts on the sports seats, and ‘GTS’ embroidered on them.
In addition, the Macan GTS will also come with two new connectivity options --- Porsche Connect, with Apple CarPlay integration, for the standard Porsche Communication Management (PCM) system; and Porsche Connect Plus for the PCM with Navigation system.
The forthcoming Porsche Macan GTS will also boast increased power output and a reengineered suspension, as well as the inclusion of Porsche’s Traction Management system (PTM) and Stability Management system.
