T-Mobile: JUMP! On Demand customers who buy iPhone 6 now can swap it ‘for free’ for new Apple device

On Tuesday, US wireless carrier T-Mobile said in an announcement that its JUMP! On Demand customers who purchase an iPhone 6 handset this summer will be able to swap the handset – for free – for any new device which Apple announces this fall.

According to the announcement, any new iPhone 6 handset purchased by JUMP! On Demand customers in summer this year will be swappable with whatever any device – most likely the iPhone 6s handset – which is announced by Apple in fall.

Highlighting the fact that a new iPhone 6 which JUMP! On Demand customers buy this summer can be exchanged ‘for free’ with any new Apple product announced this fall, T-Mobile said that customers who swap their new iPhone 6 handsets will not have to pay any additional cost.

In addition, there will also be no change in the monthly bills of the JUMP! On Demand customers who avail T-Mobile’s offer of a ‘free’ swap of new iPhone 6 with any new fall-announced Apple handset.

About the offer, T-Mobile CEO John Legere said in a blog post released on Tuesday: "Just swap it (new iPhone 6) out and pay NOTHING more—nothing up front and no change to your monthly payment. No deposit. No fees. Nothing. You get the next iPhone guaranteed. And you get to LOCK IN that industry-best promotional price of $15 a month."
