Apple iPhone 6 might offer Secure Mobile Payment System

Apple has reached a deal with American Express and the latest iPhone 6 will have payment system as per report published in technology news website Re/Code. Apple will launch the new iPhone model during an event planned for September 9.

The report said that sources close to the deal have confirmed that Apple has reached an agreement with American Express for payment processing system. Apple might offer payment processing option with other companies as well and American Express is just the first in the list.

Bloomberg has also published a story confirming that Apple has signed agreement with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

The mobile payment system will eliminate the credit cards, debit cards and users will be able to make payments easily with their iPhone. Earlier report published in the Information indicated that Apple has signed up with Visa for mobile payment system. Apple has not officially confirmed any of the reports yet.

Apple has declined on comment on the report regarding the agreement with major credit card processors for payment system. Google, Amazon and Paypal are working on mobile payment system to offer safe way for smartphone users to make payments.

Also, new reports have emerged that Apple will only launch iPhone 6 during the September 9 event. The launch of iWatch could be further delayed.
