Harley-Davidson unveils its product lineup for 2015 model year

Earlier this week, Harley-Davidson held its annual dealer show in Nashville, where it unveiled its product lineup for the 2015 model year.

At the event, Harley-Davidson said that the 2015 product lineup will witness the return of two touring motorcycles - the Road Glide and Road Glide Special motorcycles - after an absence of one year.

According to the details shared by Harley-Davidson spokeswoman Bernadette Lauer, the 2015 model year Glide and Road Glide Special motorcycles will be manufactured at the company production facility in Springettsbury Township.

The Harley-Davidson 2015 product lineup also includes the Freewheeler Trike --- a new three-wheel motorcycle. The new motorcycle - which will also be manufactured in Springettsbury Township - will join the three-wheel Tri Glide motorcycle which is already part of the Harley lineup.

The other 2015 model year motorcycles in Harley's lineup will include the Electra Glide Ultra Classic Low and Ultra Limited Low motorcycles; as well as the CVO Street Glide and CVO Road Glide Ultra motorcycles, which will also be built at the Springettsbury plant.

After the annual dealer show held on Monday, the dealers of Harley-Davidson started placing orders for the company's 2015 models. Lauer said that, on the basis of the orders received from the dealers for the 2015 products, Harley-Davidson will decided whether it will employ additional workers and increase production at the Springettsbury Township plant.
